This Labor Day weekend the skies over East Tennessee will be bright with color as the Annual Monroe Life Balloon Festival returns to the Sequoyah Birthplace Museum in Vonore, Tennessee. As the sun goes down, the festival concludes with the Balloon Glow, which is a beautiful sight of at least ten hot air balloons glowing in the night sky and dancing to music. You won’t want to miss it; it’s a memory to last a lifetime.

One of the festival’s top attractions is the live music. This year the stage will feature Dusty Leigh Huston, a country music artist who has won fans across the nation. 2022 ISSA Female Vocalist of the Year Dusty Leigh is known for her powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics. Her debut EP Roots & Dreams was a hit and she’s working on her new album.

Tim Graves and the Farm Hands will join Dusty Leigh. This bluegrass band has won 34 major awards and is one of the most popular acts in the genre. They’ll keep the party going all day long.
