The Kahite Activity Center is another go-to spot, offering a fitness classroom, meeting spaces, tennis courts, and exercise equipment. The pool here is especially loved for its mountain views and shaded areas.

The Links at Kahite

The Links at Kahite, opened in 2002, is Tellico Village’s newest golf course. It’s a true links-style course with stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

In 2003, Golf Digest recognized it as one of the Best New Private Courses. It features a driving range, practice bunkers, and a putting green. The Kahite Clubhouse offers casual dining and an outdoor patio with beautiful mountain views.

Tanasi Golf Course

Tanasi Golf Course, the second course in Tellico Village, stands out with its open design and larger greens.

This championship course offers seven sets of tees and a variety of challenging holes. After a round, the Tanasi Clubhouse is the perfect place to relax, offering views of the lake and golf course.

Toqua Golf Course

Toqua Golf Course, the first in Tellico Village, opened in 1987 and was renovated in 2008.

This scenic course, with its lakeside holes and tree-lined fairways, suits golfers of all levels. Golf Digest nominated it as the best new course in 1987. The course features a driving range, a short game practice area, and a putting green. The clubhouse, added in 2019, includes a restaurant.

Social Life at the Yacht & Country Club

The Tellico Village Yacht & Country Club, located on a peninsula with stunning lake views, is a social hub. It includes a lounge, dining area, and the largest marina on Tellico Lake.

At the Blue Heron, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with picturesque lake and mountain views. The club hosts various social events, such as wine tastings and holiday celebrations. Membership also grants access to over 800 yacht clubs across the US.
